● Lead a small team of 2-4 SDETs

● Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies

● Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes

● Work in agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount

● Lead automation efforts, and explore new test automation tools and methods

● Write automated tests

● Develop test strategies and plans



● Should have 2 years of team mentoring and leading experience

● Strong programming skills in Java

● Should have designed and developed test automation frameworks for API, websites and mobile applications

● Should be able to write automated tests for APIs, websites and mobile applications

● Should be able to write effective test strategies and test plan documents

● Given a requirement, should be able to write functional test cases

● Good written and verbal communication

● Should have worked with automation tools e.g. RestAssured, Selenium, and Appium

● Good to have working knowledge in BDD



● Should have relevant SDET experience of 2 - 4 years

● Total experience should be more than 5 years

● Should have worked in a faster development environment preferably from a mature firm with mature processes
