About The Vertical:

We are looking to build our customer support and experience vertical within the product management function, this team would look at modernizing custom experience in the post-loan disbursal scenarios. Ideal fit would be people who are passionate about understanding customers’ behaviour and building great customer experiences across the lifecycle specifically in support and post transaction scenarios which will fundamentally evolve the experience of people taking loans in India.

What You'll Do

• Define product roadmap consistent with the short term & long term strategy

• Understand the customers to build a smooth user experience throughout the loan journey

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution & delivery of products

• Ownership of product metrics which are critical to delivering business goals

• Continuously challenge & disrupt the status quo across different realms of products & reach to newer heights of customer experience & customer support

What You'll Need

• We are hiring across different positions in this vertical;

• Senior Product Managers: 4 – 6 year experience in product management

• Product Managers – 2 – 4 year experience in product management

• Build & scaled customer-facing product(s) including customer support and retention (must haves for SPM roles)

• B Tech. or MBA from a premier institution
